A Short History
Pastor Jerry and Linda Hill began conducting services at the Gateway Conference Center in Hickory, North Carolina in October, 2001. Our first service as Freedom Assembly Church was conducted on Sunday, November 4, 2001, with an attendance of 67. The ministry was incorporated as a non-profit church corporation on November 7, 2001. On April 22, 2002 we purchased our current building and property located at 691 9th Street NW in Hickory.
